



For nearly a decade, Christina has founded and run three businesses in technology-based and management services. In 2006, she won the prestigious Ernst and Young UK Entrepreneur of the Year and the Ernst and Young Science and Technology Entrepreneur of the Year and also serves on the boards of several businesses.
Daniel's professional career spans the mobile and high-tech sectors in senior roles where he's introduced ground-breaking products including Series 5, Wavefinder and ZenFly. He's been involved in several start-up businesses and his corporate experience includes Psion, HP, Citibank and Arthur D Little.
Andrew has more than 20 years of experience in finance, telecommunications and high-growth companies. Before joining SpinVox he was the Chief Financial Controller at Vodafone and previously held senior positions at Cable and Wireless, GoIndustry, Gemini Consulting and BAT. Andrew qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse and holds an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Before joining SpinVox Tom held senior roles at leading telecommunications companies and has extensive experience of establishing a presence in international markets. He took Cincinnati Bell Information Systems into Asia, where he was instrumental in winning profitable contracts with large carriers such as PLDT, NTT and Telecom Australia. More recently he was VP and General Manager for Amdocs, North America, where he won and managed several million-dollar engagements with a number of carriers.
Philip has spent twenty years at the forefront of the wireless communications industry. He was involved in the world's first GSM 1800 and 900 mobile networks, speech coding and the development of global telecom standards for 3G and mobile IP. Before joining SpinVox, Philip was VP of Industry Development for O2. Previous positions include Managing Director of Service Planning for J-Phone Japan (now Vodafone KK) and the Head of Mobile Multimedia for the BT Group.
Rob has over 15 years experience developing cutting edge telephony and mobile products for global companies. Prior to joining SpinVox, he lead Vodafone UK's Future Products innovation centre and delivered Vodafone's next generation messaging products throughout the growth of mobile data services. In recent years, Rob has worked closely with regional development agencies and private equity companies to advise start-up businesses on commercial exploitation of technology.
James joined SpinVox from MTV, where he spearheaded their brand strategy and advertising, including launches of Pimp My Ride and the Boom education programme. In his previous advertising and marketing roles he worked on brand campaigns for Mars, Budweiser and Stella Artois. And at ITV digital, created the award-winning 'Al and Monkey' brand campaign, now reborn as a character vehicle for PG Tips. James is on the Board of the Institute of Contemporary Arts and patron of charity CALM.
Responsible for product marketing, product management and channel marketing across the SpinVox business. Over the past two decades, he has held senior operational management and board-level positions, specialising in the planning and execution of market entry, growth and business reengineering strategies with leading telecoms, technology, financial services and professional organisations, including Orange, Hewlett-Packard, The Automobile Association, NEC, Standard Chartered Bank and PA Consulting Group. Prior to joining SpinVox, James spent 5 years with Orange where he held a number of group-wide executive positions, managing strategic investments, corporate strategy, product marketing, product management and business development
Simon has held senior positions with some of the biggest blue chip retail companies including Dixons Stores International, Tesco Plc and J Sainsbury Plc, responsible for the negotiation and supply of products and services. His roles have included European Buying Director, Board Director for The Link and Category Director.
Bob has spent over seventeen years in the telecom industry focusing mainly in wireless. He combines technology with strategic and operational expertise to deliver results. Before joining SpinVox, Bob served as a consultant for AT&T, Sprint-Nextel and Bell Canada. He held previous positions as CIO for BCE Teleglobe Communications; and CIO for 2nd Century Communications; and as VP of Strategy for Sema Group in Paris. He has also held several engineering and IT positions at SBC Communications (now AT&T).
Jeff has worked for over 17 years as a human resource professional, primarily in the New York City and New Jersey area of the United States. His career has spanned professional services, software and financial services and he has held global human capital management roles with companies such as Merrill Lynch, Electronic Data Systems, PeopleSoft, Novartis Pharmaceutical and MessageLabs here in the UK.
Initially a Lawyer with law firm Eversheds Adam moved in house some 8 years ago and has always worked within high tech, leading edge organisations. Adam joined SpinVox from Research In Motion where he was Head of Legal for Europe. As part of the leadership team at SpinVox Adam is also responsible for Regulatory, Procurement and Security on a worldwide basis.
